Barre Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is a hybrid class – part of the time is spent on a mat with weights, and the rest of the class is spent using the ballet bar in ways you never imagined to build strength and stability from head to toe. All levels welcome and accommodated. Mats are provided, or you may bring your own. 

Dance Fitness

This 60-minute class will include: a warm-up, layered dance and fitness choreography to your favorite songs and a cool down. Get ready to have fun, sweat it out, plus get connected to your mind, body and the beat!

Flow Yoga

Be led through yoga poses connected into flowing sequences that feel great to move through. Healthy alignment, breathing technique, and mindful movement will be the keystones to a physically and mentally rejuvenating practice. This class is appropriate for all experience levels – instruction will be adapted to accommodate beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.

Pilates

Connect with muscles you never felt before as Cicely takes you on a movement journey.  Props and toys make it fun and easy to find the “burn”. You will leave class feeling effortlessly taller, stronger and more balanced. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.

Spin

Cycle through sprints, hill climbs, jumps, and other drills all while incorporating upper body and core engagement.  It’s always a party as the beat of the music guides the workout, so feel free to let loose. Whether this is your first spin class, or you are a seasoned cyclist – you are bound to sweat and have fun! We ride on Hoist Lemond stationary bikes with spd clips, so feel free to wear regular sneakers, or indoor cycling shoes to clip in. 

HIIT Circuit

This HIIT Circuit incorporates strength exercises combined with functional dynamic stretching, High Intensity Interval Training, and multi-directional movements in a circular format for cardiovascular development. Get ready to sweat in this class! Wear layered clothing and shoes meant for indoor and outdoor, because every class will be different. All levels welcome. Meet in Haas gymnasium bleachers.

Total Body Sculpt

This class title speaks for itself! Victoria will use free weights and other equipment to help you isolate and strengthen various muscles groups. You will feel the burn in this class! Mats are provided or you may bring your own. 

Yoga

Join Victoria for this all-levels Yoga practice. She will guide you through poses that help you build core strength, as well as find your inner sense of flow and peace. You will leave feeling more flexible, stronger, and aligned. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.
